Commission and service authority
We require a current commission and an independently recorded verification source before approval. Providers must work within their authorized jurisdiction and service scope. Online notarization and specialized signing work need their own eligibility review.
Screening and insurance
Applications distinguish current, expired and absent coverage or screening. A selected answer is not independently verified evidence. Requirements depend on the service and any hiring-party conditions; providers may be asked for supporting evidence through an appropriate secure channel.
Written fees, before leads
There is no subscription to apply. Referral fees, eligible fee categories, payment timing and any exclusions must be agreed in writing before a provider receives an assignment. Statutory notarial-act fees, tips, taxes and pass-through costs are excluded from our referral-fee base. No nationwide percentage or legal permissibility is presumed by an application.
Independent providers
Providers control acceptance, availability and lawful pricing. They remain responsible for notarial records, supplies, identity checks, professional conduct and applicable law. No leads, appointment volume, territories or earnings are guaranteed.
Protect the customer
Use customer details only for the requested service. Do not provide legal advice unless separately authorized, and do not ask applicants or customers to submit identification images or sensitive document contents through these forms.
