Notary Relay helps collect requests and provider applications. It is not a government office, law firm, title company or remote notarization platform. Independent providers perform any agreed notarial services.
Requests are not bookings
A form submission does not guarantee coverage, a response time, a quoted price or an appointment. An independent provider must confirm availability, applicable requirements and an itemized quote before a booking. Keep seeking alternatives if your deadline cannot wait.
Appointments and payments
Customers and providers agree on the scope, permitted charges, cancellation terms and payment method before service. Customers pay the provider directly. The Square link on this website is for provider referral invoices. Providers should pay only an agreed invoice and retain supporting records.
Provider applications
An application is a self-report, not verified credentials or an offer of work. Approval requires a current commission, independent verification, applicable state and service review, and separately accepted written terms. No territory, assignment volume or earnings are guaranteed.
Use accurate, limited information
Submit accurate appointment or application details. Do not upload sensitive documents, impersonate someone else, submit unsolicited marketing, or use customer information for unrelated purposes. Mark all tests as tests.
