Where to advertise your notary business
Start with accurate business information, clear service areas and a way to measure inquiries. A directory is one advertising channel—not a promise of assignments.

Make the offer easy to understand
Tell people what you do, which cities you actually serve, your available hours and how to contact you. Separate mobile visits, loan signings and remote online services. Advertise only services you are authorized and equipped to provide.
Use a mix of discovery channels
Your own website, professional social profiles, local relationships and relevant directories can each help customers discover your business. Keep your business name and public contact information consistent. Ask community administrators before posting promotions.
Evaluate the directory before you pay
Look at the actual listing format, renewal terms, service-area controls and how customers will reach you. Ask whether traffic figures describe page views, contact clicks, confirmed inquiries or completed appointments. Those are different measures. A new directory may have little traffic.
Decide whether you want advertising, referrals or both
Directory advertising gives customers a public path to contact your business. A referral network collects requests and may assign opportunities under agreed fee terms. Paying for an advertisement should not be confused with paying for a guaranteed appointment.
Track inquiries without exposing customers
Ask customers how they found you and record the source, date and outcome privately. Avoid recording document contents or sensitive personal details in a marketing log. Compare the annual advertising expense with actual results rather than assuming every click became a customer.
Our optional directory offer
NotaryRelay.com advertising costs $49 per year. Approved businesses serving Dallas–Fort Worth can also appear on NotaryNowDFW.com for that same price. Direct directory inquiries have no referral commission. Our separate referral network is free to join, with agreed fees on completed assigned referrals. Apply before paying; publication follows review and verified payment.
